1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, participating in live quizzes, downloading content, or submitting responses on QuizNeram ("we", "our", or "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our AI Content Disclaimer.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

2. Nature of Service & AI-Assisted Content

QuizNeram is an interactive educational and entertainment platform providing real-time quizzes, competitive trivia tournaments, knowledge roadmaps, and multimedia content in Tamil and English.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

Users may participate as guests or sign in using authorized third-party authentication (such as Google Sign-In). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the accuracy of your profile information.

• You must not create multiple bogus accounts to artificially inflate leaderboard standings or manipulate prize eligibility.
• We reserve the right to suspend, reset, or terminate accounts found violating our Fair Play policies.

4. Competitions, Leaderboards & Prize Rewards

QuizNeram hosts weekly tournaments, speed rounds, and season rankings.

• Fair Competition: The use of bots, automated scraping scripts, browser extension solvers, or collusion is strictly prohibited.
• Prize Eligibility: Prize eligibility criteria, reward distributions, and tournament rules may be updated or modified without prior notice at the sole discretion of management.
• Taxes & Identity: Winners of monetary or gift rewards may be required to verify their identity (KYC/Aadhaar/PAN) in compliance with Indian tax and financial laws.

5. Intellectual Property & User Content

The software, UI design, audio assets, and proprietary game engine of QuizNeram are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names, government exams (e.g. TNPSC, UPSC), trademarks, and logos referenced in quiz questions belong to their respective owners and are used purely for nominative educational identification.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuizNeram, its founders, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or reliance on quiz content.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
